Personalized items are not returnable unless we make a decorating mistake or miss a material defect.
No refunds/exchanges for any other reason on personalized items.
We strive to give you a high quality product at a fair price and do our best to address any issues that may arise.
Please examine your garments on receipt and email in the event that something went wrong.
SIZING:
Specifications links are listed along with apparel descriptions to help you determine or verify sizing.
SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS or UPS from our Connecticut shop. We currently offer a flat rate of $6.50 for all school orders.
Our usual lead is 2 to 3 weeks for school orders. We'll often ship faster but, due to unpredictable volume, please use this guideline to plan ahead for critical dates.
BRANDS:
Brand names, where listed, are for reference only. Work apparel is often available under multiple brands.
Sometimes it may be necessary to substitute another brand of same design and quality.

STM Embroidery can provide your own online company/team/group shop! We'll set up and manage a small, easy-order page or a full catalog that your employees/members can access 24/7. We take the orders, embroider and ship the goods.
We can host links on a page like this - open shops, or you may restrict access - private shops. To make it private, we'll set up a shop that's not publicly visible. You link it from your website (intranet or internet) and only those with access to the link may shop your catalog.
